Historic pub in Parsons Green, Fulham
If you love a proper pub with a cracking pint and a bit of history, you’re in the right place.
Our Grade II listed building has stories to tell. Our pub was once home to the dower house of Catherine of Aragon, Henry VIII’s first wife, before the current building went up in 1805. A few centuries later, legendary author Samuel Richardson settled in, most likely penning his final works right here.
These days, you can enjoy a pint while soaking up the history in our stunning garden, complete with built-in ice wells. For something more private, host your gathering in the Richardson Room for a touch of old-world charm, or head downstairs to the Green Room, where a prohibition-era, art-deco vibe sets the scene.
